2. Booking & Reservations

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information.

Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.

3. Payments & Billing

5. Airport Transfers

For airport pickups:

• We monitor flights for delays when flight details are provided.
• Complimentary waiting time may be provided (policy varies by airport and vehicle type).
• Additional waiting time beyond the grace period will incur extra charges.

Customers must provide accurate flight information.

6. Passenger Conduct

To ensure safety and comfort:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Excessive alcohol consumption and disorderly behavior are not permitted.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

Cleaning or damage fees will be charged to the customer if necessary.

7. Vehicle Capacity & Safety

• Passenger count must not exceed the legal capacity of the vehicle.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times where required by law.
• Chauffeurs may refuse service if safety is compromised.

8. Liability Limitations
